Date: 2005-08-30 06:06 pm (UTC)I saw a report that they don't expect to have power in the city for 4 to 6 weeks. I hope I misunderstood that. I remember when we didn't have power for 10 days, but at least other parts of the city did.
Yeesh. This looks pretty terrible, so far.
