That map is a little misleading because it depends on the most recent poll in every state; that means that it fluctuates wildly and gives undue weight to the systematics of tracking polls that are taken very frequently. Looking at the trends, my wild-assed guess is that Minnesota is not a red state, and Wisconsin might not be one either.
...Also, there's apparently at least one poll showing Bush ahead in Hawaii, which has hardly gotten polled since it was assumed to be completely in the bag for Kerry. There are going to be some surprises on Nov. 2, no doubt about it.
