The Krewe of Kosmic Debris selects their royalty via king cake at a club on Frenchmen Street late Mardi Gras morning, then at noon starts off a roving party with the Pair-o-Dice Tumblers band, stopping at various bars and clubs in the Quarter and upper Marigny until returning to Frenchmen Street some 6 hours later.
