Ms. Hollie's FBook account got hacked. Not cloned, actual hack. An old friend's account was hacked first, messaged Hollie, and she thought she was communicating with the old friend. But it took over her account and tried to take over her smart phone. She was able to shut it down and reset her phone, and report the Fbook account, which was shut. OK, so now to get her account back. ID. Phone number. Lotsa time online. For days. But no luck. Of course Zuckerbook wants your phone number, but has no phone number of their own. So it seems likely Hollie's Fbook account is gone. She set up a new one, but had years of contacts.
