As someone once said,
"We have a crisis here... This is a major deal. ...They're feeding the people a line of bull, and they are spinning and people are dying. ...Now get off your asses and do something."
March against violence New Orleans, tomorrow, Thursday 11 Jan 2007:
Formation: 11am at the foot of Canal Street (by the World Trade Center)
Depart: 11:30am. Process up Canal Street to Tchoupitoulas; left on Tchoupitoulas to Poydras Street. Turn right on Poydras and walk to Loyola Avenue. Right on Loyola and start a BLOCK OF SILENCE in honor of our loved ones lost to violent crime. Left on Perdido to the steps of City Hall.
