Y'know, I mostly use my "stereo" to listen to mono recordings.

And my "Mr. Coffee" to make tea.

Mr. Coffee's are great for tea. Especially loose, herbal teas. Works wonders with loose chamomile blossoms. Mmm.

One of my near-future purchases, I suspect, will be a decent stereo. I have nothing currently to play my cassettes or lps (the few that I have) on, and I play my cds through my dvd player.

My sweetie, however, has hooked up his pre-amp to the stereo receiver, and boy does 5:1 sound make his guitar sing beautifully. I'm sure our neighbors love us. ;)
