One less problem

mshollie has noted, I've been having problems with the monitor on my home computer for over a week now. It flatlined for her; but I'd been able to keep using it with a combination of turning on and off and giving it the occasional good hard wack, but it was getting more tempermental with a tendancy to go jiggly or just turn off.
Well, I got a new one. Newish one.
Price: the effort of walking home half a block with it.
The t-shirt shop down the block had is vacating their location, and had a big pile of stuff for the trash out front. Some monitors were in the stacks, most looking pretty old and worn, but one looking clean and pretty new. Well, let's give that one a try.
Yup. I'm using it now.
Today, I have slack.
My neighborhood seems pretty good about getting me replacements when something of mine kicks the bucket. Eg: Last May Thanks, neighborhood!
