Bye Bye, TV

Bye bye.

Radio says, "Nyah nyah".

Wow, imagine that. "Wireless" television. No more having to set up the tv wherever the cable company deigns to drill for the cable connect, you could just plunk it anywhere, you could even take a battery powered set camping with you. And it would be absolutely free, no more cable bills.

Someday.

Of course, there would have to be commercials.

Call me an old fart, but I still have trouble getting my mind around the idea of 'paying' for television. I think my first 'cablevision' monthly bill was about $6.98, which seemed innoffensive enough. Now I know people who pay 60 or 70 dollars a month for signals you used to get free with a set of rabbit ears.

Thank god for Netflix.:-)

Oh Well!

I gonna miss them 'bunnie ear days'. :-(

But I no longer have a TV in my house and I am happier for it. It is too costly and there is nothing but mindless garbage being fed to the masses. I can watch stuff on YouTube if I need too!

You can watch everything these days on your computer. Get a refund on that converter box. :-)
