Man I took a walk yesterday morning over in Gentilly, around Abundance and Mandeville (behind Cox Cable). I talked to a few people who are camped out in their houses with no power or water.

This shit is inexcusable man. When I lived in New York in the late 70s, the South Bronx, with miles of burnt out, abandoned buildings, was a national scandal. This is way, way worse, and nobody outside of south louisiana gives a fuck.
